Plan of Mass Testing and Vaccination during a Pandemic in Komarno Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou plošného testovania a očkovania, konkrétne v okrese Komárno. Vzhľadom na skúsenosti posledných rokov je možné predpokladať potrebu plošného testovania a očkovania pri pandémii v budúcnosti a preto je nevyhnutné vytvoriť plán, vyhovujúci manažmentu riadenia v budúcnosti. Pri analýze prebehnutého plošného testovania na jeseň 2020 boli pomocou metódy FMEA a Ishikawa diagramu zhodnotené nedostatky a to predovšetkým v oblasti ľudského faktoru a ľudských chýb. Cieľom práce je preto vytvoriť fungujúci plán založený na informačnom systéme, ktorý digitalizuje potrebné zložky plošného testovania a očkovania v budúcnosti. Informačný systém je vytvorený do podoby konceptuálneho a logického rámca. Absentuje návrh fyzického rámca informačného systému vzhľadom k náročnej predikcii dynamiky vývoja technológií.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of mass testing and vaccination, specifically in the district of Komarno. Given the experience of recent years, it is possible to anticipate the need for mass testing and vaccination in the event of a pandemic in the future, and it is therefore necessary to establish a plan that suits management in the future. During the analysis of the ongoing testing in the autumn of 2020, shortcomings were evaluated, using the FMEA method and the Ishikawa diagram, especially in the area of the human factor and human error. The aim of the work is therefore to create a functioning plan based on an information system that digitizes the necessary components of mass testing and vaccination in the future. The information system is created in the form of a conceptual and logical framework. The design of the physical framework of the information system is absent due the demanding prediction of the dynamics of technology development.
