The cost of credit financing in the context of the relationship between the bank and the company

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vlivem specifických vlastností firmy, specifických vlastností ban-kovního trhu a makroekonomických fundamentů na úvěrové financování firmy (jedná se o úvěrové náklady). Zda tedy hrají v rámci úvěrového chování větší roli specifika firmy, ekonomiky země nebo naopak specifika bankovního trhu. Součástí práce je identifikace, zdali je dané zvýšení úrokových sazeb způsobeno změnami na straně nabídky úvěru nebo změnami na straně poptávky po úvěru v souvislosti s velikostí firmy a regionálnímu uspořádání v EU. Závěrem práce jsou navržená vhodná hospodářsko-politická doporučení.

Abstract:

The paper deals with the influence of specific characteristics of the company, specific characteristics of the banking market, and macroeconomic fundamentals on the credit financing of the company (these are credit costs). Thus, whether the specifics of the company play a greater role in credit behavior, interest country’s economy, or on the contrary, the specifics of the banking market play a greater role. Part of the paper is the identification of whether the increase in interest rates is caused by changes in the supply of credit or changes in the demand for credit in relation to the size of the company and regional organization in the EU. At the end of the paper are proposed appropriate economic and political recommendations.
