Quartz reactivity in the K2O-CaO-SiO2-H2O system
Abstract:
Alkali-silica reaction takes place between alkalis and reactive aggregate in the presence of moisture. It is a frequent cause of loss of concrete strength. By default, alkali-silica reactivity is studied by means of mortar bar tests. Abstract:
Alkalicko-silikátová reakcia prebieha medzi alkáliami a reaktívnym kamenivom za prítomnosti vlhkosti. Býva častým dôvodom predčasnej straty pevnosti betónu. Štandardne sa študuje pomocou trámčekových testov. Táto práca sa venuje návrhu alternatívnej metodiky stanovenia reaktivity kremeňa pomocou autoklávových experimentov, kde je sledovaný úbytok kremeňa, ako potvrdenie jeho reaktívnosti.
