Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zkoumání principů zobrazení mikroskopem, limitního rozlišení optické soustavy a hloubky ostrosti pole. Dalším tématem jsou možnosti uchování obrazu, jeho digitalizace, typy čipů digitálních fotoaparátů a jejich charakteristika. In this thesis we study principles of microscopy imaging, limits to resolution of optical system and the depth of field (DoF). We also deal with following topics: posibilities of retention of image, image digitalization, types of digital camera senzors and their characteristic.
