Diplomová práce se zabývá technikami zobrazování DNA pomocí mikroskopie atomárních sil (AFM). V teoretické části jsou popsány principy AFM mikroskopie, instrumentace, měřící režimy a jednotlivé přístupy k imobilizacím DNA. The thesis inquires into techniques of imaging DNA, using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The theoretical part includes the descriptions of AFM microscopy principles, instrumentation, measuring modes and the most common techniques using for imobilization of DNA.
