Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem manažerské komunikace v hotelech. V první části se soustředí na teoretické poznatky z této oblasti. Obsahem druhé části je dotazníkové šetření a řízené rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky hotelů. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of managerial communication in hotels. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge in this area. The content of the second part is a questionnaire survey and interviews with hotel managers.
