Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření a pracovní motivace. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of burnout syndrome and work motivation. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining basic concepts. The practical part focuses on researching the relationship between employees' motivation and burnout syndrome in a selected company.
