Text bakalářské práce sleduje tvorbu současného amerického umělce Juliana Schnabela. Schnabel je známý převážně v oblasti výtvarného umění, ale jeho pozornosti neunikl ani svět kinematografie. Práce představuje tohoto umělce, současně popisuje charakteristické postupy a principy, které ve výtvarné a filmové tvorbě umělec používá. The text of the bachelor thesis follows the work of contemporary American artist Julian Schnabel. Schnabel is known mainly as a painter, but the world of cinema has not escaped his attention. The thesis presents his work and the characteristic methods and approaches used in his art and filmmaking.
