Abstract:

Úvod: Práce je zaměřena na těhotenské gestózy, jejich příznaky, léčbu a ošetřovatelskou péči o ženu, která se v průběhu těhotenství s gestózami setká. Gestózy patří mezi onemocnění, která se vyskytují pouze v těhotenství. Jejich výskyt může způsobit řadu komplikací, ve vážných případech i smrt rodičky nebo dítěte (Binder 2014). Cíl: Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaké subjektivní a objektivní příznaky gestóz se u žen vyskytují nejčastěji a do jaké míry je omezují. Metodika: Ke zpracování problematiky bylo zvoleno kvantitativní šetření, které bylo zcela anonymní. Jako metodu jsem zvolila dotazník, vlastní konstrukce, vycházejícího ze standardizovaného dotazníku. Dotazník, byl umístěn v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem na oddělení rizikového těhotenství a v gynekologicko-porodnických ambulancích. Výzkumný soubor tvořily těhotné ženy prvorodičky i vícerodičky ve všech trimestrech gravidity. Výsledky: Mezi nejčastěji vyskytující se příznaky patří únava, kdy pouze 4 (8,89 %) žen uvedlo, že se u nich únava nevyskytuje vůbec. Mezi druhý nejčastěji uváděný příznak patří nevolnost, u které 11 žen (24,44 %) uvedlo, že se s nevolností nesetkaly. Za nejvíce omezující příznaky vyšla také únava a nevolnost kdy 13 (28,89 %) rodiček u únavy a 17 (37,78 %) u nevolnosti uvedlo, že nejsou omezující. Dále výsledky ukázaly, že u většiny žen probíhá těhotenství bez větších obtíží, potvrdilo se, že rodičky, které nežijí zdravě, vyskytuje se u nich nadváha nebo kouří, mají častější výskyt vysokého krevního tlaku, zvracení a dalších faktorů. Lze říci, že životní styl, ovlivňuje průběh těhotenství. Závěr: Pro menší riziko vzniku těhotenských gestóz, lze obecně doporučit těhotenství do 35. roku života, dodržovat zdravý životní styl, věnovat se dostatečné pohybové aktivitě nebo lehčímu sportu i během těhotenství a dbát na prevenci nadváhy. Porodní asistentka by měla edukovat ženu o dodržování zmíněných faktorů v mladém věku a před otěhotněním.

Abstract:

Introduction: The theses is focused on gestational gestosis, their symptoms, treatment and nursing care for a woman which can have a problems with them during pregnancy. Gestoses are diseases that occur only during pregnancy. Their occurrence can cause a number of complications, in serious cases the death of a woman or child (Binder 2014). Aims: The main aim of this theses is to evaluate what are subjective and objective symptoms of gestosis and which of them are most common and to what extent they limitthem. Methods: For this theses was used completely anonymous the quantitative survey. As a method I chose a self-production questionnaire, based on a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was located at the Masarykova nemocnice in Ústí nad Labem in the Risk pregnancy department and Gynecology and Obstetrics ambulances. The research group consisted of pregnant women of primiparae and multiparae in all trimesters of pregnancy. Results: The most common symptoms are fatigue, with only 4 (8.89%) women reporting fatigue not at all. The second most commonly reported symptom is nausea, in which 11 (24.44%) women have reported that they have not experienced nausea. Fatigue and nausea were also the most restrictive symptoms, with 13 (28.89%) of women in fatigue and 17 (37.78%) of nausea saying they were not restrictive. Furthermore, the results showed that most women experience pregnancy without much difficulty, it has been confirmed that mothers who do not live healthy lifestyle, are overweight or smoke have more frequent high blood pressure, vomiting and other factors. It can be said that lifestyle influences the pregnancy. Conclusion: For the minimal risk of gestational gestosis, pregnancy up to 35 years of age can be generally recommended, followed by a healthy lifestyle, adequate physical activity or lighter sport during pregnancy, and overweight prevention. The midwife should educate a woman about adhering to these factors at a young age and before becoming pregnant.
