Právní úprava vedlejších ujednání obsažená v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník přináší různá výkladová stanoviska a možnost rozsáhlé modifikace ujednání smluvními stranami. Tato práce si proto vzala za cíl systematicky roztřídit a analyzovat některá ustálená vedlejší ujednání při kupní smlouvě. Czech legislation of ancillary agreements stated in the Law no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, provides various explanatory statements and the possibility of modifications concerning the agreements of the contractors.
