Abstract:
Práce se zabývá technikami pro geometrickou analýzu molekul proteinů. Shrnuje biochemické i matematické pozadí této problematiky a popisuje stávající metody. Navrhuje také možnosti dalšího výzkumu v této oblasti.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is the geometrical analysis of protein molecules. It summarizes the biochemically and mathematical background of this area and describes recent methods. It also proposes possible ways of the future research.
