Transformation of an Enterprise from Functional Management into Process Management
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zavedení prvků procesního řízení do vybrané společnosti. Za pomoci nástrojů procesního modelování budou vytvořeny modely procesů vybraných pro redesing. Tyto pak budou zapracovány do plnohodnotného projektu implementace Bussines Process Managementu. Vytvořený projekt a jeho návrhy povedou, jak doufám ke zlepšení způsobu řízení podniku a k jeho celkovému rozvoji.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the introduction of elements of process management in a selected company. Process modeling tools selected for redesing will be created with the help of process modeling tools. These will then be incorporated into a full-fledged project for the implementation of Business Process Management.
