Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výkonem dělené správy orgány Celní správy České republiky. Snaží se poskytnout zejména ucelenou charakteristiku institutu dělené správy s hlavním zřetelem na postavení celních orgánů v této oblasti a dále podstatné informace o samotném vykonávání dělené správy ze strany celních orgánů.
