Vliv vstupních nákladů na rentabilitu firem z oboru hutního zpracování kovů a slévárenství v ČR

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv vstupních nákladů na rentabilitu podniků z odvětví hutního zpracování kovů a slévárenství v ČR, a to v letech 2008 až 2018. K tomu je využita regresní analýza časových řad. Proměnné byly zvoleny na základě analýzy nákladů odvětví. Vysvětlující proměnné jsou identifikované vstupní náklady a vysvětlované proměnné jsou jednotlivé ukazatele rentability. Výsledkem regresní analýzy je fakt, že se podařilo nalézt závislost s kvadratickým vztahem mezi cenami železných rud a rentabilitami odvětví. Dále práce modeluje produkční funkce pro sledované odvětví za roky 2016 a 2017, konkrétně Satovu a Cobbs-Douglasovu. Výsledkem je zjištění vyššího podílu faktoru práce v odvětví a nalezení konstantních až snižujících se výnosů z rozsahu v odvětví.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis examines the impact of input costs on the profitability of metallurgical and foundry industry in the Czech Republic, in the years 2008 to 2018. For this is used a regression analysis of time series. The variables were selected on the basis of an industry cost analysis. Explanatory variables are identified input costs and explained variables are individual indicators of profitability. The result of the regression analysis is the fact that a relationship with a quadratic relationship between iron ore prices and industry profitability was found. Furthermore, authors models production functions for the monitored industries for the years 2016 and 2017, specifically Sato's and Cobbs-Douglas. The result is a higher share of the labor factor in the industry and finding constant to declining economies of scale in the industry.
