Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řízením zásob nakupovaných dílů ve společnosti Škoda Auto. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny východiska řešené problematiky. V praktické části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu řízení zásob nakupovaných dílů. Jsou navrženy opatření optimalizující výši pojistné zásoby pro vybraný druh zásob a je zhodnocen jejich ekonomický a skladový dopad na společnost Škoda Auto a.s
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the stock inventories management of purchased parts in Škoda Auto. The theoretical part defines the starting points of the problem. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of inventory management of purchased parts is carried out.
