Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the function of dialect in literature and its translation into Czech. This thesis contains analysis of The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison and its transaltion Nejmodřejší oči by Michael Žantovský. Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je funkce dialektu v literatuře a jeho následný překlad do českého jazyka. Součástí práce je analýza díla Toni Morrison The Bluest Eye a jeho překladu od Michaela Žantovského Nejmodřejší oči. Tato díla jsou srovnávána na základě frekvence a funkce dialektismů. Cílem analýzy je zjistit metody překladu a zda se funkce dialektu originálu zachovala i v překladu.
