Diplomová práca sa zaoberá alternatívnymi formami obhospodárova-nia majetku a ich právnymi a daňovými aspektami v Českej republike. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti a to teoretickú časť, časť venujúcu sa alternatívnym fondom a časť venujúcu sa zvereneckým fondom.
