Cílem práce je zanalyzovat vypořádání obchodů s cennými papíry v Kanadě. Práci jsem rozdělila na dvě základní části, přičemž v první poukazuji na souvislosti mezi českou a kanadskou terminologií, což je nezbytné k pochopení druhé, praktické části, v které popisuji již samotné vypořádání obchodů. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of securities transactions settlement in Canada. The work is divided into two parts. The canadian terminology is aligned with the czech one in the first part.
