Financing of Investment in Long Term Tangible Assets and Evaluation of its Impact on the Economy of NOVATRONIC, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou nejvhodnější metody financování investice do dlouhodobého hmotného majetku a hodnocením dopadu této investice na hospodaření ve společnosti NOVATRONIC, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány za pomoci literární rešerše pojmy týkající se nejen investic, ale také zdrojů financování investic a metod hodnocení hospodaření společnosti. Na úvod praktické části je představena společnost NOVATRONIC, s.r.o., a vypracována základní finanční analýza společnosti. Následně je popsán samotný investiční projekt. Na základě analýzy a identifikace rizik spojených s investicí jsou definována jednotlivá rizika. Za pomoci analýzy a modelace nejvhodnější formy financování investice je vybrána jako nejvhodnější forma financování investice forma bankovního úvěru v eurech. Investice má příznivý dopad na společnost, konkrétně na vybrané ukazatele čistého pracovního kapitálu, zadluženosti, likvidity a aktivity, avšak negativní dopad na ukazatele rentability.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the choice of the most suitable method of financing the investment in fixed tangible assets and the evaluation of the impact of this investment on the management of NOVATRONIC, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the concepts related not only to investments, but also to sources of financing investments and methods of evaluating the company's management are elaborated with the help of a literature search. At the beginning of the practical part, NOVATRONIC, s.r.o., is introduced and the basic financial analysis of the company is developed. Subsequently, the investment project itself is described. On the basis of the analysis and identification of risks associated with the investment, individual risks are defined. With the help of the analysis and modelling of the most appropriate form of financing of the investment, a bank loan in euro is selected as the most appropriate form of financing of the investment. The investment has a positive impact on the company, namely on selected indicators of net working capital, indebtedness, liquidity and activity, but a negative impact on profitability indicators.
