Práce seznamuje s problematikou odpovědnosti za vady v kupních smlouvách uzavíraných zvlášť podle občanského a zvlášť podle obchodního zákoníku. The primary aim of The Thesis is to introduce a contractual product liability defect as it applies to contracts signed under Civil Law and contracts signed under Commercial Law.
