Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje institutu mezinárodní ochrany v ČR. Zachycuje důležité pojmy ze zákona o azylu. Popisuje proces aplikace zákona o azylu v praxi v souvislosti s řízením o mezinárodní ochraně. Zaměřuje se na žadatele o mezinárodní ochranu a jeho vnitřní pohnutky, které ho vedou k úmyslu žádat ČR o ochranu před pronásledováním. Zachycuje současné postupy státních orgánů …more

Objective of this thesis is to track the latest developments in the area of international protection for aliens in the Czech Republic. It covers essential concepts of the Act on Asylum and it describes ways of putting the Act on Asylum into practice with respect to the international protection regulations.
