Modern trends in the manufacture of gears

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma ,,Moderní trendy ve výrobě ozubených kol. se zabývá problematikou výroby ozubení nejprve z historického pohledu a následně nastiňuje právě moderní trendy v oblasti této problematiky. Na tuto problematiku pohlíží jak v oblasti technologické (výrobní technologie), tak i z pohledu konstrukce moderních strojů a nástrojů. Úvod práce je nejprve zaměřen na shrnutí základních pojmů ozubených kol a dále jejich rozdělení. Poté je práce soustředěna na klasickou výrobu ozubených kol, včetně dokončovacích operací. Hlavní náplní této práce je popsání moderních trendů ve výrobě ozubených kol, které jsou zaměřeny na nové technologie, moderní stroje, nástroje, neobvyklé materiály a povrchové úpravy ozubených kol. V závěrečné kapitole je uvedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, ve kterém lze nalézt porovnání jednotlivých trendů s klasickými metodami.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the topic of ,,Modern trends in the manufacture of gears deals with the production of gearing first from a historical perspective and then it just outlines the modern trends in this issue. It looks at these problems both from technological perspective (production technology) and from the perspective of modern machinery and tools construction. First, the introduction is aimed to summarize the basic concepts of gears and their distribution. Next the work is concentrates on the classic production of gears, including finishing operations. Describing modern trends in the production of gears, which focus on new technology, modern machinery, tools, unusual materials and finishing gears are a major part of this work. The final chapter deal with the technical-economic evaluation, where it is possible to find confrontation of trends with traditional methods.
