Abstract:
This work presents the first complete biography of Ferdinand Vaněk (born December 18, 1849, Velvary, died March 29, Klatovy), teacher, journalist, painter, conservator, topographer and homeland worker who is prominently recorded in the history of Klatovy and its surroundings.
