Abstract:
V této práci se zabýváme proteinem AHP5 (Arabidopsis histidine phophotransfer protein 5) z cytokininové signální dráhy rostlin, který funguje jako přenašeč fosfátu mezi cytoplazmatickou membránou a buněčným jádrem. Fosforylace proteinu je lokalizována na histidinu, a díky nestabilitě fosfohistidinu v kyselém prostředí je nutné separaci i přípravu vzorku provádět za podmínek, kdy je fosfohistidin stabilní …moreAbstract:
In this work, we study the protein AHP5 (Arabidopsis histidine phophotransfer protein 5) of cytokinin signaling pathway in plants. This protein acts as a phosphate transporter between cytoplasmic membrane and cell nucleus. Protein phosphorylation is located on histidine, which is instable in the acidic environment.
