Teamwork in the 21st century

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem týmové práce v 21. století. Týmová práce se může běžnému člověku zdát samozřejmostí a nehledal by žádná úskalí a problémy, kterými se podniky musí zabývat, aby sestavily dobře fungující pracovní tým. Význam a zaměření práce spočívá v objasnění vzniku týmové práce, jaké existují druhy týmu, dále také poukazuje na rozdíl mezi týmem a skupinou. Popisuje postupné fáze při vývoji týmu, jak vybírat vhodné kandidáty z hlediska pracovních zkušeností a dovedností a také psychologického hlediska, aby zaměstnanci dokázali správně zastávat své role. Mezi další témata, která jsou pro týmovou práci podstatná, patří: komunikace, hodnocení, motivace. Práce také vysvětluje pojem teambuilding a jeho oblíbenost v dnešní době. Z historie se zaměřuje na Tomáše Baťu, který se stal velice známým a významným obchodníkem. Všechny výše zmíněné oblasti se pokusím v následujících kapitolách přiblížit.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s work is dealing with the topic of the team work in the 21st century. The team work can be taken for granted by a common man and he wouldn´t think about any troubles that firms must deal with to figure out a well-working team. The meaning and focus of this work is in clearing up the origin of team work, kinds of teams, furtheron, it is pointing out the difference between a team and a group. It describes particular phases in developing the team, how to choose suitable candidates considering their experience and also the psychological point of view, so that the employees could perform their positions well. Other topics essentials for the team work are: communication, evaluation and motivation. The work also explains the expression teambuilding and its liking nowadays. In history, it is focused on Tomáš Baťa, who became very famous and outstanding businessman. I will try to make clear all above mentioned parts in folloving chapters.
