Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, do jaké míry jsou jedinci s handicapem začleněni do pracovního procesu. V teoretické části se zabývám jedinci se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a jedinci se zdravotním postižením. Dále charakterizuji trh práce, nezaměstnanost a význam práce pro jedince s handicapem. My bachelor work has this object: to find how the individuals with disabilities are involved in the work process.It has two parts: practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part I deal with the persons with the special education needs and the individuals with the health handicap.
