Výchozím bodem práce je představení pojmu "epistéme" v díle M. Foucalta. Následně jsou uvedeny příklady epistéme a je načrtnut Foucaultem nevyřešený problém změn mezi nimi. Poté jsou představena koncepce, částečně překrývající se s epistéme, v pojetí T. Kuhna a G. Bachelarda. Abstract:
The starting point of this thesis is an explanation of a term “epistéme” in the works of M. Foucalt. With the basics laid out, the thesis continues with the particular examples of epistéme in history and presents an unsolved problem of change between them. Then the thesis presents conceptions by G.
