Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aktuální celospolečenský problém syndromu vyhoření, který se týká především pomáhajících profesí. Práce se zabývá také duševní hygienou, jako jednou z možností, jak se syndromu vyhoření úspěšně bránit. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses primarily on today‘s global issue, the burnout syndrome, which currently affects the whole society and mainly the helping professions. This work is also trying to emphasize the importance of emotional hygiene, as one of the successful burnout-defence choices.
