Abstract:
"Emerging infectious disease" sú infekčné ochorenia, ktorých výskyt v priebehu posledných dvadsiatich rokov narastá, poprípade je hrozba, že narastie v budúcnosti. Arenavírusy sú pôvodcovia ľudských infekčných ochorení nazývaných hemoragická horúčka a Lassa horúčka. Ich primárnymi hostiteľmi sú hlodavce. Abstract:
Emerging infectious disease is an infectious disease whose incidence in humans has increased in the past two decades or threatens to increase in the near future. Arenaviruses are important family of etiologic agents of hemorrhagic and Lassa fevers in humans.
