Productivity of hybrid harvester AH6 on poplar plantation in Malacky region

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením provozních parametrů probírkového hybridního harvestoru AH6, a to na topolové plantáži rychle rostoucích dřevin v oblasti Malacky na Slovensku. Úvod práce je zaměřen na teoretickou část a přiblížení zkoumané problematiky v oblasti plantáží rychle rostoucích dřevin a zároveň použití hybridní technologie v dopravních prostředcích, stejně tak přiblížení problematiky využití mechanizace a automatizace na plantážích. Samotná část metodiky pojednává o konkrétní soustavě harvestoru AH6 a jeho parametrech, zároveň také o metodice získávání a zpracování dat. Mezi splněné cíle patřilo zjištění provozních nákladů, kdy se použití hybridní technologie ukázalo jako výhodné ze strany úspory paliva, produktivita harvestoru dosahovala v daných podmínkách také uspokojivých hodnot a časová náročnost byla zkoumána při těžbě a druhování, kdy těžba v porostu byla tou časově výhodnější variantou k použití harvestoru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of operational costs of a hybrid harvester AH6 primarily constructed for thinning work, in this case used for a clear cut on a plantation of fast-growing poplar trees in Malacky region, Slovakia. Introduction aims on theoretical part of a study and to bring nearer studied problematics in a field of plantations of fast-growing trees and with that also the use of hybrid drive technology in transportation vehicles and with that the use of mechanization and automatization on plantations. The methodic part deals with concreate system of AH6 harvester and its parameters, also with this the methodic of acquiring and processing of data. Amongst accomplished objectives belongs successful processing of operational costs, where use of hybrid drive showed as advantageous with fuel consumption, productivity in given conditions was satisfying too and time demandingness for clear cut showed a better option of a usage of AH6 then using it for crosscutting.
