Tento text je určen pro širokou veřejnost, která má zájem dozvědět se několik základních faktů o obsahu výtvarného umění a jeho technikách ve srozumitelnějším podání. Text obsahuje pro tyto účely stavbu obrazu, malířské techniky, autory, kterými se lze inspirovat, ale i technickou dokumentaci a pro názornost mnoho obrazové dokumentace.
