Issues of AML in Banking Sector in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Anti money laundering v českém bankovnictví. Cílem diplomové práce je sumarizace informací o dané problematice, neboť se jedná o téma velmi mladé a aktuální. Poté, co jsou nastíněny základní teoretické poznatky, je prostor věnován legislativním aspektům dané problematiky a postupům sloužícím k odhalení pokusů o legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti.
Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals with the issue of Anti-money laundering in Czech banking. Target of my thesis is to make a summary of this matter, because the regulation of this area is relatively new and it is very actual public topic. After the basic facts are outlined, I deal with legislative aspects of the matter and procedures used to reveal attempts of legalization of criminal gains.
