Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za úkol charakterizovat složky pracovní zátěže manažerů v pojišťovně Kooperativa, a.s. a zmapovat techniky a možnosti jejího zvládání. Byly stanoveny zátěžové faktory v souvislosti s pracovní rolí manažera, jeho kompetencemi a postavením ve společnosti. Práce se dále zabývá kompenzací zátěže ze strany pracovníků a nabídkami, které ke zmírnění pracovního vypětí poskytuje zaměstnavatel. Ke splnění cíle byly stanoveny čtyři hypotézy, pro ověření jejich platnosti byla zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty byli vedoucí pracovníci pojišťovny. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Platnost hypotéz byla potvrzena. Ze šetření vyplývá, že manažeři pracují pod časovým tlakem, tuto skutečnost vnímá přes 60 procent respondentů jako nutnou součást své práce. Pro 58 procent respondentů je velkým zátěžovým faktorem zajištění plánovaného nárůstu pojistných smluv. Více než 50 procent manažerů si uvědomuje, že nedostatečně kompenzují pracovní zátěž svými mimopracovními aktivitami. S pracovním prostředím a pracovními podmínkami jsou manažeři spokojeni. Nabídky podniku ke zmírnění pracovní zátěže jsou rovněž uspokojivé. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byla navržena opatření v oblasti práce pod časovým tlakem, v oblasti motivování podřízených a ve využívání nabídek ze strany zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on the components of a manager´s workload at the company Kooperativa, Vienna insurance group. It describes mechanics and possibilities of coping with these components. There were set stress factors connected with the competence and the position of a manager at the company. The project deals with compensation of workload by a manager himself and with possibilities of reducing the stress, which are offered by the firm. There were set four hypotheses in order to achieve the aims of my project. There has been the questionnaire method chosen in order to certify the validity of these hypotheses.The respondent group consists of managers from Kooperativa. The results are expressed with tables and graphs. The validity of the hypotheses has been confirmed. The research shows that the managers work under the pressure of time, for over 60 per cent of them it is necessary component of their job. 58 per cent of managers have the burden of guaranteeing the growing quantity of insurace contracts. Over 50 per cent of the managers realize, that they himself compensate very little for their workload. The managers are satisfied with the surroundings and working conditions. The offers from the company to reduce the workload are satisfying, too. On the basis of the outcome, there are some remedies in the area of work under pressure of time, motivation of staff and using offers from the company proposed.
