Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Vliv dosaženého vzdělání na zaměstnanost v odvětvích národního hospodářství ČR po roce 1989“ je výzkum pracovního trhu, konkrétně zaměstnanosti po roce 1989 v závislosti na druhu vykonávané práce, oboru a vzdělání zaměstnaných. V první části práce je popsána situace po transformaci ekonomiky a strukturální změny na trhu práce. Následuje charakteristika jednotlivých klasifikací a konečně samotná analýza dat z Výběrového šetření pracovních sil a její výsledky.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis The impact of attained education level on employment in the sectors of the Czech national economy of after 1989 is the research of the labor market, specifically of employment after 1989, depending on the type of work, discipline and education of employees. The first part describes the situation after the transformation of the economy and structural changes in the labor market. It is followed by an overview of the different classifications, and finally the actual analysis of data from the Labor Force Survey and its results.
