Obsahem a cílem bakalářské práce bude přiblížit politickou a společenskou situaci v mělnickém okrese za tzv. Pražského jara, tedy v měsících realizace československé reformy byrokratického socialismu (leden - srpen 1968). Zdrojem jsou materiály z fondů OV KSČ Mělník a ONV Mělník, uložené v SOkA Mělník. The substance and the intention of a thesis is to approach a political and a social situation within the region Mělník during the period of so called "the Prague Spring". The period is known by the fact, that the Czechoslovak reforms of byrocratic socialism were carried out (from January to August in 1968).
