Concept of a Concrete Compliance Programme in a Business Company
Abstract:
To prevent misconducts and refrain from official investigation, undertakings are implementing and enforcing Compliance programs. Effective Compliance program is designed as comprehensive and complex system. It should be tailored to meet the requirements of the individual company and its particular industry. The main goal of this thesis is to create model program capable to reduce antitrust risks.
Abstract:
V snahe predísť a vyhnúť sa oficiálnemu vyšetrovaniu, súťažitelia implementujú a vynucujú compliance programy. Efektívny compliance program je navrhnutý ako ucelený a komplexný systém. Mal by byť prispôsobený požiadavkám konkrétnej spoločnosti a jej špecifickému odvetviu. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť modelový program schopný znížiť anti-trustové riziká.
