Bakalářská práce mapuje situaci využívání alternativních úvazků v krajské správě Pardubického kraje. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část popisuje trh práce a uvádí benefity plynoucí z alternativních úvazků, ale také jejich negativa. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na četnost využívání různých alternativních forem zaměstnání. The bachelor thesis deals with current situation of the exploitation of alternative work types in the regional administration in the Pardubice region. The thesis is divided into two chapters, one of which describes advantages and disadvantages of flexible working hours.
