Business Plan - Café with Live Music

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování zakladatelského plánu kavárny s živou hudbou. Tento zakladatelský plán je dokumentem, který analyzuje možnost založení kavárny s produkcí živé hudby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části jde o vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou nezbytné k vytvoření zakladatelského plánu. Je zde uvedena doporučená struktura a možnosti jeho využití. V praktické části jsou využity znalosti získané v části teoretické k vypracování kvalitního zakladatelského plánu s vyčíslením konkrétních nákladů potřebných k podnikání. Autor se zabývá zhodnocením možnosti uplatnění takové společnosti na trhu. Hodnotí možnou konkurenci a na základě toho vytváří potřebnou marketingovou strategii. Závěr práce obsahuje finanční zhodnocení a možnost realizace podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is to create the business plan of a café with life music. The business plan is a document that analyzes the possibility of establishing a café with live music productions. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes definitions of the basic concepts that are necessary to create a business plan. There is also shown recommended structure and opportunities of its use. The knowledge from the theoretical part are used in the practical part for developing quality business plan with actual quantification of business costs. The author discusses the evaluation of this company in the market. He discusses the potential competition and, on the basis of it, he creates necessary marketing strategy. Conclusion of the work contains financial evaluation and possibility to realize this business plan.
