Analysis of expenses and revenues from financial and cost accounting as a source of information

Abstract:

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy finančního a manažerského účetnictví. Jsou zde popsány různé rozbory nákladů a výnosů včetně jejich využití v mnoha oblastech vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí podniku. Kapitola o finančním účetnictví se zabývá výkazy a jejich analýzou, která je předkládána převážně externím uživatelům. V kapitole o manažerském účetnictví jsou popsány postupy, výkazy a výstupy, které slouží především jako zdroj informací pro rozhodovací a řídící procesy uvnitř podniku, tedy pro interní uživatele. Praktická část je věnována konkrétní společnosti, organizační struktuře včetně popisu ekonomických činností, kalkulačních metod, plánování, controllingu a reportingu. Zabývá se rozborem nákladů a výnosů z finančního a manažerského hlediska. Je popsán informační systém podniku, vstupy, výstupy a jejich využití. V závěru práce jsou navrženy změny a doporučení v systému zpracování dat v účetnictví a reportingu dané společnosti.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part the basic terms of financial and manager accounting are explained. There are described various analyses of expenses and revenues including its using in several areas of internal and external background of a company. The chapter of financial accounting deals with reports and its analysis which is mostly submitted to external users. In the chapter of manager accounting the proceedings, reports and outputs are described and mainly serve as a basic source for decision-making processes in the company, in that case for internal users. The practical part applies to concrete company, its organizational structure including a description of economical activities, costing methods, planning, controlling and reporting. It contains the analysis of expenses and revenues from financial and manager view. Also there is mentioned information system of company, inputs, outputs and its utilisation.The closing part suggests the changes and recommendation for the system of data processing in the accounting and reporting of the company.
