Obsahem této práce je studium voltametrického chování kyseliny listové. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do polarografických a voltametrických metod a na rozdělení a vlastnosti pouţívaných pracovních elektrod, včetně borem dopované diamantové elektrody, na kterou je tato práce zaměřena především. The aim of this thesis is study of a voltammetric behavior of folic acid. The theoretical part is dealt with introducing of polarographic and voltammetric methods, respectively, and with describing properties of working electrodes including boron-doped diamond electrode, on which is the thesis focused.
