Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Služby v cestovnom ruchu v meste Banská Štiavnica“ je analýza ponuky služieb v meste zapísanom v Zozname svetového kultúrneho dedičstva UNESCO a vplyv ich úrovne na rozvoj cestovného ruchu v destinácii.
