Modern methods of teambuilding in the workplace
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními metodami budování týmů na pracovišti. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části vysvětluji způsoby řízení lidských zdrojů, význam týmové práce a jednotlivé metody a možnosti budování týmů. V praktické části pak charakterizuji vybranou firmu a analyzuji metody budování týmů v této organizaci.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with modern teambuilding methods in the workplace. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the ways of human resources management, the significance of team work and single methods and possibilities of building teams. The practical part then characterizes a selected company and analyzes the methods of teambuilding in this company.
