Hlavním cílem teoretické části mé bakalářské práce je porovnání provozních nákladů jednotlivých typů staveb. Následně je také posouzen jejich vliv na odhad tržní hodnoty stavby v závislosti na použité metodě výpočtu tržního ocenění. The main objective of the theoretical part of my thesis is to compare the operating costs of the various types of buildings.
