Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá triatlonem jako sportem, jeho rozvojem ve světě a v České republice, a představuje významné závody a osobnosti. Zároveň se zaměřuje na vznik a historii triatlonového týmu TriSK, který byl založen v Českých Budějovicích v roce 2006. Práce zahrnuje rozhovory se zakládajícím členem a dalšími členy týmu. První část práce se věnuje vývoji triatlonu jako sportu na světové úrovni. Zkoumá historické milníky, vlivné události a klíčové osobnosti, které přispěly k růstu a popularitě triatlonu po celém světě. Analýza zahrnuje zařazení triatlonu mezi olympijské disciplíny, rozšíření významných mezinárodních závodů a vzestup známých triatlonistů. V rámci České republiky práce zkoumá vývoj triatlonu na domácí scéně. Zkoumá počátky triatlonu v České republice, jeho výzvy a následné pokroky. Práce popisuje vznik významných triatlonových závodů a jejich vliv na místní triatlonovou komunitu. Kromě toho se věnuje významným českým triatlonistům, kteří dosáhli významných úspěchů a přispěli k rozvoji tohoto sportu v zemi. Významná část práce je věnována vzniku a historii triatlonového týmu TriSK. Poskytuje komplexní přehled o vzniku týmu, motivacích jeho zakladatelů a jeho cestě v průběhu let. Rozhovory se zakládajícím členem a dalšími členy týmu přináší osobní perspektivy na zážitky, výzvy a úspěchy týmu. Tyto osobní příběhy osvětlují vývoj týmu, jeho vliv na místní triatlonovou scénu a cenné poznatky získané ze zkušeností jeho členů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis explores the development of triathlon as a sport worldwide and in the Czech Republic, highlighting significant races and notable personalities. Additionally, it focuses on the formation and history of the TriSK triathlon team, which was established in České Budějovice in 2006. The thesis includes interviews with the founding member and other members of the team. The thesis begins by examining the evolution of triathlon as a sport on a global scale. It investigates the historical milestones, influential events, and key figures that have contributed to the growth and popularity of triathlon worldwide. The analysis encompasses the establishment of triathlon as an Olympic sport, the proliferation of major international competitions, and the rise of renowned triathletes. In the context of the Czech Republic, the thesis explores the development of triathlon within the country. It explores the early stages of triathlon in the Czech Republic, its challenges, and subsequent advancements. The thesis discusses the emergence of significant triathlon races and their impact on the local triathlon community. Moreover, it highlights notable Czech triathletes who have achieved remarkable success and contributed to the sport's growth within the country. A substantial portion of the thesis is dedicated to the formation and history of the TriSK triathlon team. It provides a comprehensive account of the team's inception, motivations behind its establishment, and its journey over the years. Interviews with the founding member and other team members offer firsthand perspectives on the team's experiences, challenges, and achievements. These personal accounts shed light on the team's development, its impact on the local triathlon scene, and the valuable insights gained from its members' collective experiences.
