Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčními prvky daní, poplatků a cla v rámci současné právní úpravy. Na základě konstrukčních prvků je dosaženo vzájemné komparace mezi daněmi, poplatky a clem, ale také konkrétně mezi jednotlivými druhy uvedených peněžitých plnění. The diploma thesis deals with the structural elements of taxes, fees and custom duties under current legal regulation. Based on the structural elements it is achieved mutual comparison between taxes, fees and customs, but also specifically between the different kinds of mentioned monetary fulfilments.
