Bakalářská práce se zabývá zastupitelstvem obce, jakožto základním orgánem místní samosprávy.Úvod této práce se věnuje veřejné správě, obecnímu zřízení a následným rozborem zastupitelstva obce s příklady na obci Uherské Hradiště.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the local council, as a fundamental body of local authority. Introduction focuses on public administration, municipal establishment, and subsequent analysis of the local council in Uherské Hradiště.
