Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá regulací úvěrových institucí, pro něž je typické, že jsou vystaveny vysokým rizikům. Zvýšenou pozornost věnuji licencování úvěrových institucí, a také obezřetnostním pravidlům. Uvádím důvody, proč je právě toto odvětví zasaženo silnou regulací na rozdíl od jiných odvětví. Abstract:
This theses concerned of regulation of credit institution, for which is typical high risks. Attention is paid of licensing and many prudential rules. I discribe methods of supervision in Czech systém and cooperation with supervizory authority from other country.
