Synthesis of tripodal triphenylamines bearing two types of peripheral electron acceptors

Abstract:

Byla provedena literární rešerše syntéz, vlastností a využití lineárních, kvadrupolárních a tripodálních trifenylaminů s různými typy periferních skupin. V teoretické části bylo pojednáno o strukturním dělení trifenylaminových derivátů, push-pull molekulách a o typech reakcí, kterými se syntetizují deriváty trifenylaminů a jejich prekurzory (Suzukiho-Miyaurův cross-coupling, Sonogashirův cross-coupling, Knoevenagelova kondenzace, Buchwaldova-Hartwigova reakce, Ullmannova reakce atd.). V experimentální části byly popsány syntézy prekurzoru a cílových tripodálních trifenylaminů s dvěma typy periferních elektron akceptorů. Výsledky byly popsány a zhodnoceny. Látky byly charakterizovány řadou analytických metod (bod tání, HR-MALDI-MS spektrometrie, 1H a 13C NMR spektroskopie, UV/Vis spektrometrie ad.).

Abstract:

A literature search of syntheses, properties and applications of linear, quadrupolar and tripodal triphenylamines with different types of peripheral groups was discussed. The theoretical part was focused on the types of triphenylamine derivatives, push-pull molecules and possible reactions useful for the synthesis of triphenylamine derivatives and their precursors (Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling, Sonogashira cross-coupling, Knoevenagel condensation, Buchwald-Hartwig reaction, Ullmann reaction etc.). In the experimental part, the syntheses of precursor and target tripodal triphenylamines with two types of peripheral electron acceptors were described. The results were described and evaluated. The substances were characterized by a series of analytical methods (melting point, HR-MALDI-MS spectrometry, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, UV/Vis spectrometry, etc.).
