Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje charakteristice a účinkům vybrané aktivní látky kurkuminu. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje klasifikaci a metody přípravy dostupných nosičů, jako jsou polymerní částice, lipozomy, ale zejména pak filmy a membrány. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics and effects of the selected active substance curcumin. The second chapter covers the classification and methods of preparation of available carriers such as polymer particles, liposomes, but especially films and membranes.
