Violence between Peers: Definition of School Bullying
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma ?Násilí mezi žáky: definice šikany? pojednává o použití fyzického či psychického násilí jednoho žáka na druhého, kdy toto násilí může vyústit do procesu šikany, který je zde definován na základě analogie čtvercového schématu skutkové podstaty trestného činu. Odhaluje osobnost agresora a oběti z psychologického hlediska.
Abstract:
This bachelors thesis deals with use of physical or psychical violence among students, where this violence can gradually lead to bullying. Bullying is defined based on analogy with fulfilling the four main aspect of the body of the offence. It reveals the nature of the aggressor and victim from the psychological point of view.
